Pouch Cell Battery Production Line:

1.    Automatic Film Coating and Drying Machine BNP-TMD1

This equipment is widely used in various high temperature filming studies, such as supercapacitor films, ceramic films, crystal films, battery material films and special nanofilms; it can also meet the development needs of science and technology of film formation under high temperature conditions in the future.
Characteristics: 1)Aluminum vacuum chucks are used and the cells can be put in and taken out quickly; 2)The film coating travel can be adjusted by the travel switch; 3)The strong wind heating and digital display temperature control drying system is used; the room temperature can be adjusted form room temperature to 250 ℃; 4)The filming crapper can adjust the coating width and thickness precisely.
