Current Research:

Dr. Qin leads research efforts at the Safe and Smart (S2) Traffic Lab. He has authored more than 50 refereed journal articles, 100 technical papers, conference proceedings, and reports, on topics including highway safety, traffic operations, intelligent transportation systems, and GIS applications in Transportation.
