UPASS reports at UWM

TCRP Synthesis report 131 “College Student Transit Pass Programs” May 2018 This report is available through the TRB TCRP web site. This focuses on the relationship established between transit agencies and universities and colleges, and documents current state of the practice to better develop and evaluate college student transit pass programs.
